EFT, Self-acceptance and Rest
I want to talk about the most important part of EFT: self-acceptance.
Self-acceptance is the reason you feel better. Stress is the physical response to having to do something you don’t want to do. When your body is stressed, you feel shitty. If instead of resisting how you feel you decide to accept yourself, that mental stress cycle ends. And then the physical stress cycle ends, and you can sleep again and poop again and your stomach stops hurting when you eat and you want to have sex again. It’s glorious. All this is possible through self-acceptance.
Do you accept that you deserve to feel good? If not, that’s someone else speaking for you… that is old programming in your subconscious. Let’s tap to release that, shall we?

EFT tapping is not a faith-based practice. You don’t need to believe in it for it to be effective. The body speaks through vibration. Tapping while feeling an emotion helps us feel it and let it move through the body.
Today we’re tapping to release stress and anxiety. Once we can shift out of fight or flight mode, we can truly REST.
