A long time ago in the midst of the Pandemique, a small group of people held by Noemi Sparks started gathering online to feel better. They were riddled with anxiety and fear about the state of the world. They didn’t know each other, but their love for Mama Ganja brought them into the same circles. They started practicing Ganja Yoga and Tapping together on Instagram before they moved to Zoom. Classes grew and changed as people came and went.

Five years later, Energy Mastery Club is still thriving through Patreon.

I, Noemi, offer virtual Group and 1:1 sessions through Energy Mastery Club on Patreon.

We meet on Sundays for Feel Good Tapping and Tuesdays for Tap and Tea. I have other classes and sessions available occasionally, I do my best to share them here, but make sure to be in connection with me on Instagram to stay up to date.


I am SO appreciative of our dear community. Our numbers fluctuate, but as of February 2025, we’re at 28 committed members. These wonderful people support my work in creating spaces and sessions to master our energy; and they support themselves in participating in my offerings ;)

EMC members receive a discount on 1:1 sessions and can book individual sessions (non-members have access to 1:1 through packaged bookings only). Members also get access to a growing library of recorded FGT sessions.

Therapeutic Group EFT Tapping circle focused on emotional balancing and nervous system regulation for people on healing journeys. 

  • Complementary service for people who are engaged in healing modalities, like talk therapy, somatic therapy, physical therapy, yoga, meditation, psychedelic-assisted therapy, 1:1 EFT, etc. 

  • $30 for drop-in or $100 for the month

Tap into Relaxation

Tap into Relaxation is a 90 min session focused on relaxing the nervous system and inviting healing through energy work. Your guides — Noemi and Meghan — will take you through a journey of releasing old energy and allowing relaxation & healing in its place. The first part of the journey guided by Noemi will be to release physical tension and stress through EFT tapping. Once released and relaxed, our journey continues tuning into Meghan’s sound bath encouraging the body’s natural healing and rejuvenation abilities.
