Body Wisdom Activation is a 90-minute session focused on relaxing the nervous system and activating the body’s wisdom through holistic movement.

Your guides — Noemi and Ana — will take you through a journey of releasing old energy and attuning to your body, addressing pain and rigidity, and improving how you move through life.

The first part of the journey guided by Noemi will be to release physical tension and stress through Clinical EFT tapping. Once released and relaxed, our journey continues with Ana’s guidance tuning into the body’s lymphatic system and accessing deeper levels of body awareness.

Tap into Relaxation

Tap into Relaxation is a 90 min session focused on relaxing the nervous system and inviting healing through energy work. Your guides — Noemi and Meghan — will take you through a journey of releasing old energy and allowing relaxation & healing in its place. The first part of the journey guided by Noemi will be to release physical tension and stress through EFT tapping.
