Our Energy Mastery Club theme in May is Softening the Inner Critic!
The inner critic lives in the body as much as it lives in the mind. In the language of biofield science, it is a pattern of stored energy — a frequency that was once written into our field to keep us safe, to help us fit in, to protect us from rejection and pain. It learned to speak in the voice of whoever first told us we weren't enough. And over time, that voice became our own.
But here's what's true: the inner critic is not the enemy. It is a protector that got stuck in an old story. It is running a program that was never really ours to begin with — one that was handed to us by people who were also running programs that weren't theirs.
As a practitioner, I've witnessed again and again that the body holds these patterns long after the mind thinks it has moved on. The nervous system doesn't know the difference between a memory and a present moment threat — so every time that critical voice fires, the body responds as if the original wound is happening right now.
This is where EFT becomes such a powerful tool.
Tapping works at the intersection of the body's energy system and the nervous system, sending calming signals through the meridian points while we gently hold the truth of what we've been carrying. We're not here to fight the critic or silence it by force. We're here to soften it — to help it feel safe enough to finally rest.
This month we'll use EFT to:
Locate where the critic lives in the body and begin to release its charge
Identify the original beliefs underneath the critical voice
Replace survival-based patterns with frequencies of self-permission, self-approval and genuine self-love
Anchor in a new story — one where you are already enough, already worthy, already home in yourself

A long time ago in the midst of the Pandemique, a small group of people held by Noemi Sparks started gathering online to feel better. They were riddled with anxiety and fear about the state of the world. They didn’t know each other, but their love for Mama Ganja brought them into the same circles. They started practicing Ganja Yoga and Tapping together on Instagram before they moved to Zoom. Classes grew and changed as people came and went.
Five years later, Energy Mastery Club is still thriving through Patreon.
I, Noemi, offer virtual Group and 1:1 sessions through Energy Mastery Club on Patreon.
We meet on first Sundays for Feel Good Tapping and second & fourth Tuesdays for Tap and Tea. I have other classes and sessions available occasionally, I do my best to share them here, but make sure to be in connection with me on Instagram to stay up to date.
I am SO appreciative of our dear community. Our numbers fluctuate, but as of February 2026, we’re at 25 committed members.
