Reishi mushroom: Queen of mushrooms, aka mushroom of immortality
Anti-inflammatory, lowering stress, soothes the nervous system, protects DNA from high levels of oxidative stress, also great for seasonal allergies, improves sleep quality, regulates blood sugar and promotes healthy liver function.

Chaga mushrooms: The king of the mushrooms
