Virtual Restorative CBD Yoga - Saturday, March 22 1-2 PM

CBD with its stress-reducing, anti-anxiety, and balancing effects is a perfect fit for relaxation-based yoga. It interacts with the nervous system to alleviate mental and physical stress, thus calming the mind before engaging in physical exercises and meditation. It also reduces inflammation and pain, elevates mood, enhances relaxation, provides relief from overthinking, promotes restful sleep, and prolongs feelings of bliss after you leave your mat.

Keeping in line with the community's trend to practice as much isolation as possible during this COVID-19 outbreak, I'm offering Restorative CBD Yoga virtually for free on March 22 at 1-2 PM. I'll be using blocks, a blanket, a bolster, and massage balls in the practice, but you are welcome to use whatever props you have handy. Since we won't be together sharing plant-medicine, you are welcome to use whatever you want – CBD, ganja, or other herbals in whatever form you want – oil, salve, cream, vape, edible, etc.

Let's keep our frequencies high and practice self-care and compassion more than ever. Just because we are physically apart doesn't mean we have to be spiritually distant. Check in with your friends and loved ones, and take it slow as much as you can.
