Our nervous systems have been carrying exhaustion, grief, and stress, perhaps since 2020, likely from even before that. This one-day retreat is about giving ourselves permission to truly rest and accept that we already are perfect, whole, and complete exactly as we are.
Radical Rest Retreat is an all-inclusive weekend experience of getting off the healing hamster wheel and exploring the safety of the present moment in a safe container with like-hearted women.
Rest is our natural state of being. As a collective, we are addicted to stress. We see being busy, productive, and stressed as a sign of success. This is the result of living in a Capitalist culture that was founded on the premise that our productivity is a measure of our worth. This is a tenant of plantation slavery. Our worth is inherent. Rest is our birthright. We ALL deserve to slow down and rest.
In this retreat, participants will:
Be guided to release guilt, shame, and self-judgment about needing rest
Will develop practices in body-focused EFT
Learn to honor their feelings and needs as Universal human qualities
Rest
Do nothing
Be present with their body, mind, and Spirit
